The New Idea Called Nudism

Many years ago man did not wear any clothes. All those the former years of ma evolution, they did all their activities naked and they were comfortable. He felt the need to feel fashionable and hence started designing his own clothes from animal skin and other materials. The science research behind man clothing himself is that he needed to protect his body from lice. Staying naked is not a foreign thing to man and he is familiar with it. 



It has been proven that many years ago, all human beings were naturists. This is because 70,000 years ago, that’s when people started wearing clothes. Who is a nudist? It is a person who does not wear clothes every time. Today there are very many social places for nudist camps. There are nude beaches, restaurants and vocational resorts for these kinds of people. It is a trend that people are actually referring to as a lifestyle. Believe it or not this lifestyle has its advantages and disadvantages.

Getting nude once in a while is not bad. This is because the sun rays have vitamins that our skin requires. Keep in mind that exposing your skin to very hot sun rays is also toxic to your skin. Frequent skin exposure to these hot sun rays can also cause skin cancer. It is believed that the nudism habit started in Greece. Gymnos, a Greek word created gymnasium. This came about with the connection of sports and nudity in sports events. This is because by then nudism was allowed in sports.


There is today a new kind of nudism that is simply by choice. There now exists many resorts and clubs where patrons are allowed to stay naked. These clubs are called nudist or naturalism clubs. These are clubs where people celebrate their nakedness. As you would expect, society sees this as a wrong indecent thing that is connected to a negative and questionable lifestyle. Parents disapprove of these clubs and want their children to have nothing to do with them. The patrons on the other hand, have no interests in ogling at naked bodies nor do they wish to be ogled at.


While others view nakedness as being evil and something to be frown upon, the nudist seems nakedness as a form of purity. How can nakedness be evil when man was born naked? A nudist views his beliefs as not only noble but also much healthier and cheaper in the long run. Many are concerned that being naked and exposed to the sun is a health risk but they would rather find a way around this than give up their belief. You can be sure that there are many recreational centers as well as hotels that support them.


The movement has several divisions of a philosophical nature within the lifestyle. One of the main ones being the "clothes optional" and the "nudity required" subgroups. Whether good or bad, the concept of nudism is yet to be generally accepted and some use that as an avenue to transmit pornographic materials yet for others staying naked it is just pure bliss and enjoyable
